Honkai: Star Rail's Kafka Has a Disturbing Glitch

Honkai: Star Rail doesn't appear to have too many bugs, but one player encounters a disturbing glitch when playing as Kafka in the game.

A Honkai: Star Rail player comes across a disturbing glitch while playing as Kafka. Honkai: Star Rail gets new characters on a regular basis, as the development team updates the banners every few weeks, and gamers can then use wishes in Honkai: Star Rail to pull for a character of their choice.

Since its release, players have encountered a few glitches in Honkai: Star Rail. As an example, one bug in Honkai: Star Rail turned it into a horror game, as a big part of the screen appeared black with just March 7th’s face visible. While players could see icons of their characters and the turn order, the rest of the creepy image looked more like a jump scare. Now, one fan recently came across a disturbing glitch involving Kafka in Honkai: Star Rail.

A Reddit user named NitzKap has shared a clip from Honkai: Star Rail highlighting this unsettling bug. The player is walking around as Kafka in the video, as her character model glitches out and becomes taller at random intervals. Players can see Kafka’s body constantly bugging out as a result of this, but it doesn’t appear to be a massive issue since these problems can generally be resolved by restarting the game. The Reddit poster hasn’t mentioned if they did something in particular to cause this glitch, as it doesn’t look like other players have experienced it.

Many users comment on the disturbing glitch, with one stating that the clip is cursed. A few users jokingly call her “Giraffka,” while another compares it to Godskin Apostle from Elden Ring. A couple of players also blame hiccups for this glitch, while one user wonders about the horror movies the development team could be watching. Overall, most of the comments on the Reddit post are making jokes about the glitch in Honkai: Star Rail.

Kafka is the latest 5-star character to get added to Honkai: Star Rail, and players can pull for her on the current banner available in the game. She deals Lightning damage to enemies and follows the path of Nihility in Honkai: Star Rail. Gamers can choose from a few different Light Cones when building Kafka, with Patience Is All You Need and Good Night And Sleep Well considered to be the best choices. It should be noted that Kafka’s banner will be available until August 29, so players have the rest of the month to try and obtain her.

Honkai: Star Rail is available now for PC and mobile devices with a PS5 version coming in Q4 2023.
